Items can be returned for a refund for 28 days after purchase. After this time, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note items purchased from the clearance section of the site cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.
We don’t offer an exchange service (for example if you wanted to change a shirt from size Small to Medium), so you will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the variant from the website.
To start the returns process please raise a return request from the orders page in my account section of the website. We will review your return within 24hours (Mon-Fri) and reply with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item(s). If you request a refund for an item where we have provided free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund the cost incurred by us in shipping the order to you in the first instance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refunded amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment.
If you need to make a warranty claim please send an email to returns@smashsports.co.uk stating your order number, the product and a description of the fault with images. We will then provide you with instructions to process your claim.
